This Privacy Policy explains how Brandio ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects
information when you use our marketing toolkit (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
- Content you create: businesses, posts, templates, captions, and uploaded assets.
- Connected social accounts: when you connect Facebook, Instagram, X,
LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest or Google Business Profile, we store access tokens
(encrypted at rest) needed to publish on your behalf. For Google Business Profile we also
store the names and Maps links of the listings you manage; for Pinterest, the id of the
board we post to. When you connect a Telegram channel or group we store its id, name and
public link; no Telegram login or token of yours is involved, and posts are sent by
Brandio's bot, which you can remove from the chat at any time.
- Usage & technical data: log data such as IP address, browser type, and
actions taken, used to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To publish content to the social accounts you explicitly connect.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To respond to support requests and communicate service-related notices.
3. Third-party services
We share data with third parties only as needed to run the Service, including the social
platforms you connect (Meta, including Threads; X; LinkedIn; TikTok; Pinterest; Google; Telegram)
and AI providers used for content generation.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. You may delete your content or request
account deletion, after which we remove your personal data except where retention is required
by law.
5. Security
Passwords are hashed and social tokens are encrypted at rest. No method of transmission or
storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location (e.g. under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct,
export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Cookies
We use essential local storage to keep you signed in. Any non-essential analytics cookies
are only set with your consent. See the consent banner shown on your first visit.

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
